- Graphic Designer (60%)
- Create and maintain graphic design content according to brand guidelines.
- Create all designs for digital marketing channels such as banners, social posters, email templates and POSM, etc.
- Cooperate with Visual Merchandising (VM) to discuss and design display shelves for the store.
- Video Editor (40%)
- Participate in the process of creating ideas and scripts for shooting projects.
- Set up video recording and photography equipment and perform video recording and photography.
- Editing and editing existing videos and recorded videos, including cutting, merging, visual effects, sound, sound recording, dubbing, …
- Perform other tasks as requested by upper management
- Graduated from college or higher majoring in graphic design or equivalent majors.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Have knowledge about printing.
- Thinking and creative skills.
- Good aesthetic thinking skills.

- Skills in arranging and building text layouts.

- Consulting on introducing products, services, and promotional programs suitable to customer needs.
- Receive and process orders quickly and accurately.
- Monitor delivery progress, ensure delivery time according to policy
- Receive and process customer information and requests related to goods, policies, debts, payments, etc.
- Control debt index, ensure Customer’s payment schedule in accordance with policies and commitments between Customers and the Company
- Announce sales and promotion policies and make bonus payments to customers accurately and promptly in accordance with policies and regulations.
- Monitor and update control of sales contract contents, carry out documentation procedures related to delivery terms and payment requests.
- Report periodically and at the request of superiors.
- Perform other tasks as requested by upper management
- Graduated from college or higher, majoring in finance, accounting or related fields is preferred
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, customer service
- Understand accounting operations
- Ability to communicate, persuade and take care of customers
- Honest, careful, meticulous, eager to learn, committed, sensitive.

- Proficient in using MS Office and accounting software

- At least 3 years of experience in the industry and 2 years in a similar position
- Skills in creating and implementing sales plans according to goals
- Have good communication skills and build relationships with customers.
- Have a sense of responsibility, willingness to learn and progress
- Proficient in using MS Office
